摘 要:針對(duì)當(dāng)前風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)組效率測(cè)量過(guò)程中由于電動(dòng)機(jī)輸入功率和風(fēng)機(jī)輸出功率不是同步測(cè)量,當(dāng)風(fēng)機(jī)工況改變時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大誤差的情況,提出一種利用無(wú)線傳輸來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)組效率同步測(cè)量的方法。建立風(fēng)機(jī)及電動(dòng)機(jī)測(cè)量運(yùn)算的數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用此方法設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)機(jī)效率測(cè)試儀的硬件電路和軟件結(jié)構(gòu),最后驗(yàn)證該方法的測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確度和同步測(cè)量的可行性。

An improved method for fan unit efficiency measurement

Abstract: In order to overcome large errors caused during the asynchronous measurement of motor input power and fan output power when the working condition of the fan changes, an improved method has been proposed to measure the efficiency of fan units through wireless transmission. Input and output mathematical models has been established. Hardware circuits and software structures were designed for fan measurement testers based on this method. At the end of the paper, the method was validated as accurate and feasible.
